Project Overview Givva is a category-defining platform that reimagines group gifting, making it emotionally resonant, joyful, and stress-free. The platform bridges the gap between functional gift coordination and meaningful emotional experiences, enabling hosts, guests, and recipients to connect through intentional giving.
I was engaged to translate Givva’s vision into a sophisticated, premium, and human-centered visual identity, along with initial digital product experiences. The project included:
Visual Brand Identity: Developed a high-design, warm, and celebratory aesthetic, including logo exploration, color palette, typography, and brand personality. The identity emphasizes trust, elegance, and emotional connection, making group gifting feel premium yet approachable.
Website Mockup: Designed the landing page and above-the-fold experience, reflecting Givva’s mission to make gift-giving joyful and meaningful while showcasing its unique value proposition.
App Screen Design: Created a key app screen to visualize the user experience for hosts and contributors, highlighting intuitive flows, emotional storytelling, and celebratory design details.
Design Approach The visual and product design balances premium digital craftsmanship with human warmth. Influenced by Apple’s intuitive design and Airbnb’s celebration of personal stories, Givva’s aesthetic feels elegant, approachable, and thoughtful. Subtle animations, curated typography, and an energetic yet sophisticated color palette create a cohesive identity that elevates the act of giving into a shared emotional experience.
Outcome The work establishes a strong, differentiated visual and experiential foundation for Givva, setting the stage for its MVP and full platform launch. It ensures the brand feels worthy of trust, pride, and sharing, aligning with the mission: “Gift the Feeling.”
